|
The damage of the conveybelt in operation includes:small-size partial perforation of the belt,small-size partial damage of the cover giue of the belt;the longitudinal tear and side damage of the belt.Aiming at the above belt damages,the following four models of the electro-thermo belt mender could maintain and the broken belt.
1．DDQ-1 type mender：It's used for the small-size partial perforation of the belt,the mending of the cover giue of the belt or the partial core damage,and it could also be used in the repair of the partial damage of the cover giue.
2．DDQ-2 type mender：It's specially used for the mending of the small-size partial damage of the cover glue of the belt,however,its operating pressure is not very large,and it could not completely replace the work of DDQ-1mender.
3．DZQ type mender：It's used for the mending of the longitudinal scratch and long tear damage of the belt and could also used for the mending of the damaged belt along the side.

The features of the three menders are:small volume,light weight,convenient for transporation and installation,even temperature,little energy consumption,large and even water pressure from the pressure device,which could be widely used in the damage mending of the canvas,nylon core, and steel cord belts.
