| DSLQ-type series of electro-thermal belt vulcanizer is a belt vulcanized glued apparatus which is advanced in technology,concise in structure and convenient in use.It could be applied in the vulcanized giued joint of the canvas,nylon and steel cord.It's featured by samll volume,light weight,convenient transportation and installation,even distribution of the temperature on the opeartion surface of the platen heater,full automaticcontrol in operation,and plate water pressure structure for pressure divice,which ensure large and even pressure.This product is the advanced vulcanized glued joint equipment in China,which could be widely applied in metallurgy,coal,power plate,chemical industry,construction materials,harbor and wharf,etc. |

| Service instructions |
1．Voltage：380V or 660V（50HZ）
2．Vulcanized temperature： 145±5℃
3．Temperature rise time：≤30min
4．Vulcanized pressure：1．0-1.5MPa
5．The length of the vulcanized glued joint conveyor belt could be spliced by one or many units.
6．The electric pump is available and the user could order otherwise according to the requipments.
7．When in order,please pay attention to the product model and mark the belt width. |
另：该机能硫化胶接PVC阻燃整芯橡胶带， PVC阻燃整芯橡胶带硫化过程基本上和矿内常用胶带相同。
唯硫化工艺稍有区别，具体要求如下：
1．剥头洗净，并用二甲苯或航空汽油清洗。
2．胶料涂刷均匀，、二次（间隔需干）。
3．硫化温度70-80℃，压力0．5MPa，时间20分钟。 |
